You can delete your account at any time using the self-service option in the forum. Should you want to have all data removed regarding your forum account, please use the Contact Form on the website. We will need confirmation of the email address you signed up with, your username, and a personal message from the forum software to prove you are the account owner. Once that's done, we can delete all of your data from the system.

How to set up an account

In order to view the contents of this forum, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Begin by registering for an account.
2. You will need to supply an email address, as the forum will send you an activation link (see below)
3. Your password must contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase characters as well as numbers
4. You will be asked a question to prove you are not a spammer. Please read the question carefully. :-)
5. Please contact the team via our Contact Us page on the main website to tell us who you are, why you are joining, and to request that your account is activated. We apologise for this extra step and are grateful for your patience in helping protect the forum. Do make sure you include your forum username and are sending the email from the account you registered with.
6. Once you have contacted the team, we will process your request. Wren your account is activated, the forum will email you. Please check your email and click the link to active your forum account.

Please note, if you are concerned about your registration being found, by say family or work colleagues, we recommend you set up a separate email address, just for your trans identity. Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook or Yahoo all offer free accounts.
